Wedensday! My friend Paul will be cooking. I thought it should be Paul Does Balls but I'm not sure if that's going to happen or not.

Thursday! Vegan Sandwiches Save the Day. I'll be posting photos and reviews of the new vegan sandwich book from Celine Steen and Tamasin Noyes.

Friday! Halloween Theme. I love me some Halloween things. 9 out of 10 posts will probably feature pumpkins.

Saturday! The Local Food Review featuring some of my favourites in SE Portland, OR.

Sunday! Food Haiku.

Welcome to My Mofo

Gentle reader! So glad to have you join me. I have joined a cast of hundreds worldwide and am participating in the Vegan Month Of Food this year. Every day this month I will bring you a delightful post of food-related activities. I don't necessarily cook elaborate meals every day or take the prettiest food pictures of my stunning achievements but I will promise photos of cheap food bought at rock bottom prices, tablescapes for those without fancy home decor accoutrement and more! I can just tell that you are already excited. I will leave today's post simple with a photo of some of the many vegan candy corn pumpkins I made this Halloween.
Tomorrow will begin the excitement and wonder that is the MoFo magic!

Welcome to Panda with Cookie. Please, won't you have a cup of tea and sit?

Panda with cookie began as an etsy shop in 2008 and is now expanding to the blog-o-sphere. The name was chosen because I love both pandas and cookies and combining the two seemed like a good idea. I hope to update regularly with fun things, starring in no particular order:

*cookie recipes
*panda pictures
*updates on my etsy shop
*intermittent updates about Pluto
*haiku, possibly relating to both cookie and panda
and surely many other things too numerous and exciting to miss.
